I've had the pleasure of illustrating two books authored by Joya Goffney. In 2021, Hot Key Books approached me to create the cover for the UK edition of Excuse Me While I Ugly Cry, which marked my debut in book cover illustration.

To give the cover a unique edge, we combined full-colour character illustrations, detailed line work, and expressive typography. The creative direction we established was so successful that it was later used for Goffney's subsequent books, 'Confessions of an alleged good girl' (which unfortunately I wasn't available for) and 'My week with him'.

I'm thrilled to say that my artwork for 'Excuse me while I cry' has since been licensed by multiple publishers around the world.
